Aurovalley Ashram INTEGRAL YOGA
COURSES
Aurovalley conducts Integral Yoga Courses of 1, 3 and 6 months as well as yearly
courses. The study method is based on each person's process and aspiration. The
activities are the same for everyone, but what varies is the personal support
that each one can find with Swami Brahmdev or by simply being here. Everyone is
encouraged to spend a lot of time in silence and introspection, which is the
real teacher.
